flying safety detent spring

I am new to the site although I am a former owner of a p63 and now own a p64 . I like this pistol and I was replacing springs when the safety detent spring went flying and couldn't find it for several hours , Its back together now and looking forward to the next range session .

Welcome to the forum, yea springs are known to have "wings".
