Trip to the range today

Hi guys, I got back from the range a little earlier today. I got a Kel-tec P32 a while ago, but I had my first chance to shoot it. I must say it went bang every time I fired it using Fiocchi FMJ. No problems at all. I was shooting it at about 12 yards, and out of a clip of 6, only one round hit the target. Are these little guns really that innacurate or was I expecting too much out of this gun at that range? (I think its only meant for 5-7 yards?)

HOWEVER, the P64 functioned perfectly. Out of the first 6 round mag, every round hit the target, most hitting the bullseye at the same 12 yards as the P32. I was shooting brown bear, and every round went bang. I also hit a few bowling pins at 30 yards.

The CZ-82 did great as well, but I still think the P64 is more accurate. I only able to hit one bowling pin with the CZ.

36 feet ? I'd say you are asking too much of the Keltec. It's meant to be an up close shoot and scoot gun.

I used to have a Keltec P3at and it hit ok at about 15 yards or so. I don't like a gun I can't hit anything with. I realize it's for desperate situations, but some rooms in bigger buildings are more than 36 feet corner to corner... I would worry about that issue, if it was me. I say, carry the P64!

I bought the gun as a pocket carry. I have been carrying my P64 to work, but it's heavy and bulky for being a cashier at a grocery store. The Kel-Tec fits great in my pocket, but I don't think I could hit something accurately more than 7 yards away. I also wanted a small/light pocket pistol for my night classes. I sometimes feel unsafe on campus when I take classes at night. Last year there were several robberies and muggings on or near my college campus.

I wish I could carry my Mossberg 500 or invest in a 44mag, but my P64 is still my favorite pistol that I own.
