rounded hammer compaired to triangular hammer
picked up my P-64 last night and he had 4 of them, 2 with rounded hammers and 2 with triangular hammers. I picked the 1970 with a rounded hammer. How did I do whats the difference between the hammers?

Re: rounded hammer compaired to triangular hammer
You did fine... it's original with the rounded hammer. I think some folks like the triangular hammer since you can get your thumb on it easier if you decide to cock it manually for the first shot or for whatever other reason. These were added to guns Post-72. There were some trigger mods done and those guns have an "A" stamped on the frame (left side towards the hammer on the slide). That symbol means they did the trigger mod on that gun.
