Dis-connector
In need of assistance. I have been informed by a local gun smith that I need a "Dis-connector" for my P-64. He checked a number of places to see if he could pick one up, but was unsuccessful. Would anyone know of where I could purchase or have one fabricated?

I'm gonna go ahead and ask...
Take off the right grip panel, and see if the bar going from the trigger to the hammer group is loose. I thought my P-64 may have had a damaged disconnector or improperly installed one, but the trigger spring wasn't properly put on the trigger bar.

Everything else on the pistol seems to be in order. My gunsmith even thought that might be the case before he disassembled it, no such luck. I have had some gunsmiths fabricate parts for existing pistols in the past. Does anyone know one that would be willing to give it a try? Otherwise, I'm only going to be able to fire this weapon in SA.
