Hey guys. We tied the knot on Friday. Here are some pics from the disposable cameras on the tables. We had a really great time.

My P64 arrive today from J&G in pretty good condition. I was so spoiled with the pristine condition of my CZ82 from AIM last year that it took me a moment to realize the P64 was in pretty good shape. I have cleaned/oiled her up good and put some photo-luminescent paint on the front sight blade and am looking forward to shooting real soon.

The DA trigger pull is a real B, just like I have read. I intend to order new recoil spring and mainspring but not until I shoot it first.

I neglected to ask about springs. It seems from my reading (here and elsewhere) a 22# recoil spring and a 17# or 19# main spring are mostly recommended. Is this correct? I do not mind a tough DA pull, but maybe something slightly more manageable...

Congratulations indeed. Marriage is pretty cool :)
We are coming up on four years this Thursday.

I bought my P-64 from J&G this past Saturday and couldn't be more pleased. Finish is in great shape, and moving parts appear to have VERY little wear. John at J&G talked to me for a long while and brought out four pistols for me to choose from. Only one of them had any evident wear from actual use(scrapes from the slide rails), and from the remaining three I chose the one that seemed to operate most smoothly. With the pistol came a cable lock and cleaning rod, and I also bought 200rds of 9mm Makarov and 100rds of 9x19 for the G19. I certainly feel like I've gotten a GREAT deal.

I plan to thoroughly clean the pistol(very greasy) and take it out shooting this Saturday. Can't wait!

Wolff springs are on the way :)
