Had to wait to read your final post Trent to get my answer. I had a friend buy a Llama 1911 like yours and I polished up the feed ramp and just gave it a general cleaning. I wanted to know how yours worked, if it had any problems. You seemed to answer my question in your last post.
sorry it took me so long to respond to this (I forgot), when I was cooking the park it said to heat up to a certain temperature then put the gun parts in for about 15 or so minutes. I did that but kept the heat on after I submerged the parts (I should have cut the heat, it takes alot longer to cool down than you'd think) this made the park weak as some of it solidified from the constant heat and took nearly an hour to finish the gun (3 small spots didn't even pick up the park, but they are not all that noticeable.)
found some trisodium phosphate (TSP) at the local hardware store, fairly cheap to. Alternately you could use de-natured alcohol and some other stuff. oh and there is aparantly some artificial trisodium being sold at some places, I wouldn't recommend using that (because I don't know what it'l do)
