It's solid, no gap...Besides this would only adjust right to left (windage) not elevation.
There is no elevation adjustment on the P64 that I know of.
The elevation is my biggest concern.

Hi Ward223

No I have not & from what I read it's a bear to do that right to left & vise versa.

Besides, it's the 6 to 8 inches low that has me most concerned.

The right is an inch or 2.
