Thanks Norm, I changed springs, put the bugger back together, file the burrs, put on heavy leather Jacket, heavy duty leather gloves and a full face motorcyle helmet. Wrapped the gun in a plastic bag, ducked behind a tree, squeezed off a round and it worked flawlessly. Shot another 30 rds through it...

Thanks Norm, very useful information. Could you give me a rough estimate on length that I should cut the spring? I might just use Troy's pdf file for a rough estimate and then shorten as needed. If i cut it too short there should be more springs in that pack to make the correct length. I'm going to ...
