Thanks Norm, I changed springs, put the bugger back together, file the burrs, put on heavy leather Jacket, heavy duty leather gloves and a full face motorcyle helmet. Wrapped the gun in a plastic bag, ducked behind a tree, squeezed off a round and it worked flawlessly. Shot another 30 rds through it...

Thanks Norm, very useful information. Could you give me a rough estimate on length that I should cut the spring? I might just use Troy's pdf file for a rough estimate and then shorten as needed. If i cut it too short there should be more springs in that pack to make the correct length. I'm going to ...

Who needs new springs, rack the slide and shoot single action. You shouldn't carry it with one in the tube anyways, so ends the DA issues and SA trigger pull is almost too light. Recoil is less than a 38 in a 2+" revolver and not as snappy as everyone complains about. Remember you are throwing ...
