Request for Makarov HS-6 data from Speer #14

Would some kind person with a Speer #14 manual send me the HS-6 powder data for the 9x18 Makarov? Much appreciated!
Fish,you may want to PM NORMSUTTON with your inquiery, most of us get our info off of the internet and it is very generic. Slower lead loads don't do much damage to barrels and pistol last longer.
