Is that why they are priced so cheaply? How about the Gahendra rifles? I'm not real sure of my restoration skills, so I'd like to start as cheap as possible.

the Gahendra Henry's are going to go up in price very soon, I have 5 of them and I have shoot all of them at lest 20 times, and they will go up in value , they only made about 8,000 of them I believe , its also very easy to repair
this how you take it apart and put it back together again http://britishmilitariaforums.yuku.com/topic/8972

Thanks Norm, that's the way I will go then. If I can get one to look half as good as any of yours, I'll be very happy.

Thanks Norm. I will start a thread once I receive it. I'm sure I'll have alot of questions about it. My daughter is even starting to get excited about it, she's asked to see IMA's website a couple of times today.

The shipping is a little slow to Arizona, so I have to wait until Thursday for mine. If it turns out in decent shape, I might order something else in a couple of weeks.
Re: some of my IMA 's Antique Guns
Norm, It looks like your getting mighty close to 0.1% of all Gahendra's made!

I would really like to get there. I might be a little late to the game, but I'll try to catch up slowly. I am really interested in the Brown Bess and Three Band Enfield, but my wood working skills are a bit questionable.
