Re: 116gr Loads
I used cut down military 9mm luger brass, Rim Rock standard 116 gr cast Fn bullets .365" [ actual weight w/ lube 120gr. ] SP primer. 3.0gr unique start load in IJ-70 Makarov, working up to a maximum of 3.8gr unique. O.A.L. .968 max. The 3.0gr was very mild, but shot good. 3.5 gr load shot good with a bit heavier recoil. 3.8gr load I consider max, with stought recoil, but not abusive. All loads shot well with no signs of primer abnormalities or any other overpressure signs, functioning was perfect with no failures of any kind, and the bore after testing, was mirror bright with no signs of leading. will post more after more testing
