I collect military/police trade-ins so this is right up my alley. I'd like to get more info on the FEG SMC-918. Specifically are there date codes or dates engraved in the handgun. Or if there is any way of IDing the manufacture date of any FEG.

Any help would be great!!

if it's a KBI import you can ask for the import date on this site:

otherwise, you may not have much luck. My PA-63 is a CAI import and CAI couldn't give me a date for it

I also sent a e-mail to FEG and got no response, I understand they recently went out of business anyway.
