New P64 Owner

Hi all. I just ordered a P64 from J&G Sales and am looking for guidance with it. I have been shooting a Russian Makarov for a few years and reload 9x18.
I found myself evaluating expensive pocket pistols and finally realized I was forgetting something good. The Keltec .380 sucked! Ruger LCP was just OK. Walther P5 was just too expensive!
So I have read quite a bit over the years about the P64 and it's heavy da trigger. Some say it's an effective safety. But many have posted tips to change springs and polish things to lighten it. Is there a defacto standard for prepping a "new" P64? I hope to have it by the weekend.
Also I have used different main springs in my Russian Makarov from 17 to 21 lb. Are there heavier main springs for P64? I mainly use ~3.5Gr HP-38 behind 95 Gr XTP or 95 Gr lead boolits.
Thanks in advance for any guidance. I'm jazzed to have a concealable pistol for Florida attire. Also an interested in an ankle rig if anyone has any advice on holsters pocket, ankle or IWB...
