:D Made another trip to the range with my recently purchased P-64. This time I had my youngest son and a friend along (both are 21). We also had my .38 spl and compact 9mm with us. Well folks, it was not long before those two young bucks started to favor shooting the P-64. I think they noticed the accuracy I was achieving with middle age+ eyes and so they figured they could do as well. And they did! I can see right now that there's going to be another P-64 purchased in the near future. Fed it both Brown and Silver Bear FMJ-----no issues. Great handgun. Even had a nearby shooter (with his springfield .45) come over and asked to try it out. He was impressed. I've had a number of people ask about this handgun when I have it out and they are very interested in it. Future converts, maybe? Any of you guys have similar experiences?

I've only seen one P-64 in the local shops and zero in the last two shows I attended. People in general, the average guy have no respect for the 9x18Mak. That's o'k more for us. But, I get the same reaction when I'm out with my P-64, with Dennis's grips and Dickfunks handy work, they are really interested. I don't know if it will translate into any sales for them, but I try. My FFL buddies are saying people are not buying a lot of guns, and what they are buying n are black rifles and handguns, not hunting stuff. Ammo is where it's at, for now, that and CCW permits.
