What an amazing effort. I'm in the office alone this Saturday, so I guess it's Ok for me to print out all 73-pages, in color.
Thank for doing this Troy.
Modifed to correct to 73 pages.

Really nice job Troy.
This should inspire confidence in taking apart the P-64 . A picture is worth a thousand words.

Wow!, and I was impressed with the parts list and guide! Marvelous, simply MARVELOUS!!
P64 ASSEMBLY/DISASSEMBLY/PARTS MANUAL
I was happy to do it to help those who can benefit from some experience I have gained. These P64's are great guns and "we" members needed a good gun assembly manual to help those with not as much experience and to pass it on and learn to do stuff with their pistols. Perhaps more people will look to getting this great gun who are undecided due to not enough information written about it.

Nice, thanks!
What do you consider the most difficult/tricky part of the re-assembly?
Have you ever thought about becoming a hand model?

Good question. I would say that at first it was all a little challenging. Now after doing about 20, it is easy but I would say that the most challenging part is when you have the safety detent and safety detent spring come not attached and you are trying to align the two and keep them together while insterting the safety catch. other than that possibly putting the sear plunger and spring together was kinda a pain at first till I came up with the way I do it in the illustration. I thought your comment about being a hand model was damn funny. My stained fingers and roughness... That comes from being hands on working with leather, dyes, chemicals, etc. A Good sense of humor is necessary in life.
