Hello All,

Springs arrived today, easy install thanks for the instructions I used my small vise as a third hand.

The Double action is now SWEET to say the least Dbl is about the same will go to the range Saturday after the gun show.

My hats off to the members of this board thanks for this great place to learn.

I too had the same reaction late last week when I did the spring swap - used a 16#. The DA is much better, just got back from the range and it was still a tough pull though. Maybe there is a 14# spring in my future.

I was glad to see that there were no premature mag drops though. S&B 95gr FMJ

Hello Stibnite,

Just returned from the range this morning,16lb spring made a heck of a difference,I'm very happy with the DA pull and accuracy. Still is a kicker, also shooting SB 95grains with no mag drop problems either.

Ive orderd two more p-64's, and may try the 14lb in one? Right now the 16lb is good for me.
