Just bought me a new toy a Walther 9X18mm 9mm Ultra,b ullet is a .355 instead of a .364 like a P64. Only about two thousand of these produced. It looks like the data for the Ultra loading is about dead one with the Makarov. Except for the bullet size.
I found brass and bullets so I can reload them and have 100rds coming with gun so I will have plenty of dimensions to go with the reloads. If anyone has any data on 9x18 Ultra loads let me know.
These were produced in 1972 and 1973 because the German police were getting out gunned with there Walther .32 Caliber pistols, run didn't last long as the German police dropped these and went to 9mm Luger in 1974,1975, 1976 although I think there are still a few in service. Fiocchi makes ammo for the pistol.
Just another project for winter.

Re: Walther PP Super 9 X 18mm Ultra
I found this one on Walther Forums
Now why didn't I get an email that you bought a new toy? I've been pretty bad at keeping up.
The 4.5 grains was the max. I kind of wonder if you could use .380ACP data and go up from there as there is virtually no info. Otherwise you may try Mak data and water it down a bit and work up. The case dimensions are a bit different, so you wouldn't want to use exact Mak data and overload the case.As to the recipe, this was posted by 84BravoJ8 in another forum. As chronoed out of a PP Super;
9X18 Ultra Load data with 9mm Hornady 90 grain HP/XTP
VV N330 4.2 grains Average velocity: 1,103 fps Spread: 27 SD: 12
High: 1,115 fps Low: 1,088 fps
VV N330 4.5 grains Average velocity: 1,147 fps
Spread: 48 High: 1,169 fps Low: 1,121 fps
