Beautiful Norm, simply beautiful work you do on the IMA BP guns. Being as I have seen most of them in person and have shot a few and yes cleaned a couple I looking forward to shooing a few more of them come this Sept. Great Pics.
if you plan to shoot it don't buy a Francotte Henry , their barrels are to tight , and the actions are week

Is that why they are priced so cheaply? How about the Gahendra rifles? I'm not real sure of my restoration skills, so I'd like to start as cheap as possible.
the Gahendra Henry's are going to go up in price very soon, I have 5 of them and I have shoot all of them at lest 20 times, and they will go up in value , they only made about 8,000 of them I believe , its also very easy to repair
this how you take it apart and put it back together again http://britishmilitariaforums.yuku.com/topic/8972

Thanks Norm. I will start a thread once I receive it. I'm sure I'll have alot of questions about it. My daughter is even starting to get excited about it, she's asked to see IMA's website a couple of times today.
The shipping is a little slow to Arizona, so I have to wait until Thursday for mine. If it turns out in decent shape, I might order something else in a couple of weeks.

I would really like to get there. I might be a little late to the game, but I'll try to catch up slowly. I am really interested in the Brown Bess and Three Band Enfield, but my wood working skills are a bit questionable.
