Time to give the new PA-63 a try... Once again, flawless performance and a nice grouping. The PA-63's grouping was not as consistent as the P64 and left a larger spread. It did what I needed it to though and was very comfortable. It may have been me so I'm not really ready to fault the gun.

Next, I tried my new PM40. WOW, talk about friggen recoil. If anyone ever says that their P64 kicks hard, they need to come shoot my PM40 with 180gr target loads. She proved to be a bit tamer with 155gr SD rounds but I can tell you she won't see tons of range time. I had 3 failures to feed but noticed that it was the same bullet 3 times in a row and I just kept picking it up and loading it for the next mag. Accuracy was as good as the PA-63 but couldn't touch the P64. I added the innertube to the grip when I got home and think this will really help me get a better grip on her, we'll see.

Finally, I decided to put a few magazines through my as-of-yet-unfired Glock 23. I have other Glocks but figured she needed some quick love and sent 3 rounds down range. When I went to shoot my 4th round it wouldn't. The 3rd round had failed to extract and was hung up in the hood. I cleared it and continued to shoot. Over the next 3 magazines I had this occur 5 more times..... not happy about that. If I were to pick a gun that should have worked 100% it would have been the G23... I'll be taking it to Smyrna next week I guess.
