woodchip,
Welcome to the Forum, and we hope you come back often.
Currently, the best price I have seen is $139.95 from SOG and Classic Arms. Then you usually have to pay a transfer fee from you dealer. In the past 5 months, I have seen the P-64 go from $150 at dealers up to $225, and anything in between. the last one I bought about 3 weeks ago cost me $180 OTD. As I see it now, the supply is getting low at wholesalers and the price will keep rising. I feel (my opinion) they will settle in the $200-250 range shortly.
The only suggestion I can give you, is to watch for individual sales at gun shows and maybe the firearms auction sites. Good luck on finding them at a low cost. If you do, keep us informed.
Again, welcome, and please come back often to keep with the news on the P-64.

Here in the Portland area, DA modified, feeding smoothed P-64's go for $225. SOG prices are fantastic for originals that are unissued!
