I see we have the first entry. hookedonsks will be tough to beat. The posted target looks good too, easy to see. I was gonna try to get to the range this morning before work but it is pouring rain. We need the rain though, my yard is drying up and turning brown.

Thanks for the observations. The camera is Sony Mavica FD-7. 640x480 is 'high resolution' and it stores the pix on diskette! (Ten year old technology.)

Can someone point me to the board support info? I must have missed it. ???

I added a link in the match rules. It is the same link that Norm posted above, I put it in there so it would be easier to make a donation to the forum if you wanted to.

Well done on the first target posted Hookedonsks!!!

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to post something. I bet we get several more this weekend.

I plan to shoot mine up this weekend, just not sure how long it will take to get the pictures up.

This is a spactacular Thread you guys have started! I got home on Saturday and finally got a chance this morning to read the postings. I think this is a great idea with the shooting contest. Unfortunantly, I am still very busy trying to play "catch-up" from being gone the past 5 weeks so I can't participate this time. If you want to do this quarterly, I will make time for the next one!

I think for the next shoot, I can offer a nice prize for the winner. I don't know what yet, but it will be something for shooting that will be useful to you!

This kind of comraderie is what this Forum is all about; you guys are great as I have stated before and I want to keep this the friendliest, and most helpful Forum on the web! THREE CHEERS for all of you!

I will make this a "Sticky" until I find out if another section under the General Catagory be added for "Shooting".

I went to the range this morning and fired my 3 targets. Looks like I'm neck & neck with hookedonsks but carguy was too deadly accurate for me. My entry was my 3rd target so I was getting better each target. I had zero malfunctions. This contest is a good idea, lots of fun. Something that hasnt been discussed is that hopefully people will post their targets even if they are'nt winning scores. That way we get an overall insight on how well the P-64 performs on average by our group as a whole.

I was thinking the same thing. I hope people post regardless of the comparison to the current leader.

I noticed one thing as a result of this little exercise. The last round in the mag consistently falls a low and to the left. Has anyone else experienced this? My only guess is that it might have something to do with a lack of pressure from the mag spring??? Any ideas?

Nice target spyguy,
Must be that younger steadier hand you and carguy have. Way to fire! :)
