Along with my 2 P64's, I also have 2 PA-63's. A friend that I see about 2-3 times a year has a PA-63, too. Well, I thought it was a PA-63. During some email exchanges about our guns, he mentioned that he didn't have a PA-63, he had a R61.
I can't find a lot of info on the R61. Is it like the P64 but with an aluminum frame? I do remember that his is made in Hungary and is chambered in 9X18.
Do I need a couple of these, too? If so, where do I find them?
PA-63 vs P64 vs R61
Re: PA-63 vs P64 vs R61
Here is some info: PA-63 and R-61 are both made by the Hungarian F.E.G. The earlier R-61 was such a success and primarily made for police, that the Hungarian army ordered a large version designated the PA-63.

Both can be found in the states but I'm unaware of any venders carrying them.
