Which parts weren't right? Can the extractor be altered to work?

It's the plunger, it doesn't match up with the extractor

I was told that the plunger I ordered looks like a safety plunger. I'm in communication with Numrich.

The safety plunger and the extractor plunger are not the same. The extractor plunger has a finger with a flat that fits the step in the extractor rear.

That much I got. It's the rest of the problem thats getting in the way. It looks like this is going to take some time.

I finally got the gun together, next will be grips. I stumbled onto this outfit who had what I needed and shipped quicker than ever! Good folks.

I didn't even think of suggesting Jack First. I've been to their website a few times in the past but never actually inquired of anything. Glad you got it up and running.
