Just finished duracoating this P-83 for someone. He likes the PA63 color scheme so that's what we went with. Turned out pretty good but was a bear to get back together after a complete tear down.

Nice job jcrntx!!
Re: Duracoated P-83
Great Job. I really like the two tone look myself. Did a CZ82 and have had more offers on that pistol than I can count. Should sell it and get another or just do my P83

That's slick. Turned out really nice. I, too, like the duo-tone look.

Very Nice face lift. I'm tempted to do my p83. Did you do the grips? They look very clean.

Dito, very nice
Re: Duracoated P-83
Yes, lightly blasted the grips with a little aluminum oxide and duracoated them as well. Thanks for all the compliments! I was very happy with how it turned out, it was just a challenge getting all back together. Not many parts but as it was the first I had ever done, it did take a little trial and error.vorakam wrote:Very Nice face lift. I'm tempted to do my p83. Did you do the grips? They look very clean.
