1969 P64

Here is my P64 i got from aim last week. Its a 1969, whats weird is the slide is marked 9mm.......not 9X18. The finish is much better than my camera phone shows, its just reflection.

They're all factory rollmarked 9mm, but depending on the importer, electropenciled "x18" after the 9mm.

Yeah, they were made to only say 9mm. However, probably to keep people from blowing the gun up, importers had them laser marked "x18" to keep idiots from putting the wrong ammo in. Who knows.

Mine says something about IO Inc and the address, and below that it says Radom Poland 9x18 N. My original 9mm stamp mark doesn't have the x18 after it. Your picture is blurry, but looks to be exactly the same as mine.

Mine is an I.O. Inc import too, they just didnt put the X18 after 9mm
