sgt p, you think there zee grips? I bought it with those grips on it. Since zee is the only one i know that makes grips like that i kinda figured they were. I kinda want to get some black ones, or maby some red marshals. well see.

jhandy those could also be by Chris Bond, he was making some really nice grips in wood also. Hope he starts up at it again.

Nice pick up on that P-64, I also like the clipdraw, I've had one for a couple years now. As for the grips, I'm pretty sure they are Zee grips, I have a set similar to them, however, as manicmechanic mentioned Chris Bond was making some really nice resin grips also, but I don't remember him making any camo's like that but he could have.

thanks for the info, papa. I see your clipdraw is much further toward the front of the gun than i put mine. It doesn't flop around a lot that way? I'm sure it makes it easer to draw. I tried to have mine tucked down as far into the waistband as i could with it still being accessible. ill probably try it higher next time.

I have had it both ways, this configuration works best for me, I put my clipdraw over my waistband and my belt over the clipdraw to hold it in place better, and I use it a lot in a cross draw position. For those that don't know, the clipdraw comes with extra glue strips, so you can change the position of the clipdraw few times till you get it where you want it, and it "DOES NOT" hurt the finish....... :-*

you know, I really like the clip draw but I'm not so sure about the way it is put on the gun...I see the site say's it comes with adhesive strips...so I hope that is to not scratch the gun where the clip rest's and not to affix the clip to the gun.

It looks to me like the fotos of the clip draw guns in this thread are using socket/allen head cap screws of some sort to affix the clip to the gun though.

The clip doesn't harm or scratch the gun at all, the 3M adhesive strips are extremely secure and are completely removable with no harm to the guns finish.

The clip comes in two pieces; a flat base plate and the formed spring-steel clip. First you put the double sided 3M tape on the base plate then you stick the base plate to your gun. The base plate has two threaded hole where you then attach the spring-steel clip with allen head screws. DONE! It's that simple.

I highly recommend it, best $20 I've spent.
