Limp trigger issue!

I am getting a dead or limp trigger. It happens when a magazine (loaded nor unloaded) is in the gun. Upon tracking the slide the trigger is often limp. It appears as if the out of battery is getting pushed down and wont always pop up until I work the trigger.
Any thoughts on how to remedie this?

What exactly do you mean by the "out of battery"?
You probably want to start out reading through the Assembly Manual and Parts List. That way you will know how the parts go together, and we can use common terminology for clear understanding. They are found here:

You most likely have a bad Trigger Return Spring. This spring interacts with the Trigger and Trigger Bar. Page 53 of the Assembly Manual shows a good picture of how the Trigger Return Spring should be resting on the Trigger Bar.
