Thought I would take advantage of the nice weather and get some target practice in,I went to put the weapon on safe and it wouldn't go.Made sure the weapon was clear,Did some inspecting and found the safety catch broke! Has anyone else experience this problem?

That looks almost fatal. And no, I have never had a problem with that.

I'm going to bring it to the gunsmith and have him replace all those parts,i.e.firing pin and spring,indictor lock,extractor, etc.. to be on the safe side.This probably is the reason why the chamber was beat up in the 1:00 position.I'll post pics of that

I think I would be trying very hard to find out what was causing that and fix it.

Oh,Believe you me I definitely want to find out,I don't need this going off like a grenade in my hand while trying to shoot it.

For some reason the First picture, maybe of the Safety won't load anymore.

Safeties are very scarce and difficult to find. Your gunsmith probably won't be able to find one.

Keep an eye on gunbroker and ebay for the safties, they do come up.
