Yeah, those photos show off some fancy non-standard rear sights.
Jesus sez 'Pack Heat' Luke 22:36: "Then said he unto them, But now,
he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that
hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one."

Finally located this polishiron68's forum page. New forum member here, just joined the p64 team. First post and I haven't even shot it (or any p64) yet, but figured to order some grips after reading p64 shooting comments. Already sent a separate email order request earlier today before I found this page.
I case you haven't read it yet, Classic Firearms just got in a new stock of P64 ($250).

Welcome to the Brotherhood. And Beobill is right about enjoying your P-64 with the new grips. And a range report after you have test flown her please.
Close enough for Government work will get you dead, ask any Vet.

I browsed these forums for information before buying my P-64. Following advice found here, I ordered and received my new grip, and could not be happier.
Went to the range yesterday and put 50 rounds through my new gun and my hand was fine. Heck, my hand felt so good, I ran some +P rounds through my .38 snub nose, afterwards.
Grips make a big difference, especially when you find a good one!

Finally got a chance to try out the Polish Iron Grip yesterday and extended magazine release. I'm very pleased with both. The grip absorbed quite a bit of recoil and with the 18# spring upgrade, I had a nice, pain-free range session. In many ways, it is a different gun. How about an extended capacity magazine floor plate or follower next? Anyone working on that upgrade? There is a simple follower conversion for the Sig and GSG 1911-22 that adds four more rounds. I wonder if something like that could work on the P-64 magazine....
