old thread I know but DANG!!! these are some nice AK's!

everybody should have at least one ak and one sks hanging around the house.

I think I have one in there somewhere. My first AK is a Romanian SAR1, still shoots great even though it has many thousands of rounds through the pipe. And yes that is a real Czech VZ58.

Well I don't know about anyone else but I am impressed! That is a nice array on rifles. How do you like the bullpup?

The bullpups trigger is awful but it is fun to shoot, if you are not a left handed shooter. while the drums will lock in and work they get in the way. The best magazines for the bullpup are the 20 rounders. Just seems to fit ergonomically better and keeps everything compact.


I just noticed my Saiga 556 is missing from the picture. I did the AR mag well adapter modification to that rifle. It is nice to take any 223/556 AK mag or an AR mag and run rounds down range.

I own a SA-93, which I got back in 1995. Less than a month later, it saved my life from a masked intruder in my apartment.

I also own a Zastava M76 CAI in 8mm.
