Very interesting story. I used to run the Silent Hunter U-boat simulator series which used those German boats.

+1 Nick I have played all the SH games and still have them on my PC,,which reminds me I have to get in there and run silent and deep.

I cannot sit at the computer for very long any more because of bad hips so I haven't played in years. They are still on my PC, though!
