P 64 on TV
Was watching Law and Order Criminal Intent season 6 episode 9 last night on Netflix. Anyway in one scene the female policeman, Det. Erbb I believe, after having been shot at by at least a thousand rounds of ammo, tells her captain what types of weapons the bad guys were using were using and she mentioned some type of automatic weapon and then says "and I believe one of them had a polish P64". In one of the final scenes the bad guy is sitting in a shoe shine stand at the airport waiting to ambush the police as they are putting some witnesses on a plane, pulls a P64 from inside his jacket pocket just as he is stopped by another cop who has figured out the plan. Just thought it was pretty cool. If you have Netflix, give it a watch. Stay safe all.
Shoot first, Shoot straight, and hit what you're aiming at, if you can do these things and have six rounds of ammo, you'll have two thirds more than you need to prevail.

Although that show (and it's many related spin-offs) can be entertaining, they are pretty much propaganda shows. They try and push liberal social policies in subtle ways throughout without being overt about it. It became hard for me to stomach after a while.

Yep I've noticed but then again it seems like every show you see nowadays has one agenda or another or it's so insanely stupid you can't make yourself watch it. If it's not gun control, it's global (Fill in the blank), and if it's neither of those it's abortion. It seems like you can't win.

Re: P 64 on TV
I actually happened to see this episode today (entirely by coincidence! it was simply aired on Ion TV). Former "tv star" who turned to selling bootleg movies to get back at the studio that ripped him off...mafia guys shoot up his "ice cream truck" etc....and yes, Wheeler mentions the Polish P64! Apparently they think it's popular with the Albanian mafia.
Anyway, deja-vu-ish.

Wonder if they had the Wolf replacement springs in them to soften that double action trigger?

Apparently they also think it's a mainstay for the Polish Mafia. Was watching Season 1 of "Person of Interest" and noticed in Episode 5 near the end that the Polish Mafia Kingpin was holding his prisoner hostage with the P-64.
Google searched the show with the P-64 criteria and found this sight (below) that confirms it was a P-64 that I saw. It also highlights the large variety of firearms that "Person of Interest" uses in the show. Some of them I have never heard of or seen before looking through the list. And the list is just for Season 1. Of course they have the Desert Eagle, Berettas, Glocks, and Sigs in there too.
