Well this was attempt #1 using what I had on hand - suede scrap. Sure is comfy, though.

Cool! My first try with leather work resulted with a pierced left index finger :'(

Okay, here is round 2 with a new pattern. I already see things I would do differently. Also, I haven't made the trip for dye, yet.

himmel, I may just have to do that once I am satisfied with the design and finish.
NORM, this one is just as comfy as the suede one. They are both thin, but this one offers better retention and life span. I would run with this one - I would be hesitant with the suede version.

DF,
WOW! Those are nice! How did you get round 2 to mould to the pistol so perfectly?

***Round 3***
Here's round 3.
This time, I'm even closer. I have a small tweak to do to my pattern, and then I think I'm satisfied. We took the dogs for a walk on the nature trail today and I wore this one out. I had it around 5 o'clock and it wasn't visible in the least - it was also very comfortable. The draw is smooth and the mouth stays open even inside the waistband for one-handed reholstering.

I like all of them dickfunk. I think I like round 2 and 3 better. If you are going to start making some let me know and I would really like to put an order in! I use a clipdraw now and it is good, however I dont like the fact that it offers no cushion to slide to skin part. Gotta make sure that you get in inbetween pants and undies. It does hide good though.
