Bakelite grips? If they are really bakelite, I would be interested. I know the difference between bakelite and plastic, and every P64 grip I have seen is plastic.

Try E Bay for holster. ordered mine in black.Brand new,took about a week to receive. 19.99 plus shipping

I wouldn't mind getting one too. Another question, while looking at aimsurplus.com will the Fob-Mak1 Makarov Paddle Holster or Fob-PPK1 Walther PP/PPK Paddle Holster fit my P-64 better? Thanks in advance.

The Fobus might be a problem, they ard a hard material and won't conform like leather.

Agree that The Fobus may not be a great choice.

To answer your second questin, the Mak is a larger pistol. Any PPK holster should be just right. Ebay has a large selection( 30 right now ) of holsters, new and used) for PPK's that would be much more reasonable than buying retail. Go to Ebay and enter Walther PPK holsters in the search box at top right. Just another option.
