9x19 Parabelum.

Post by gunneyrabbit »

Load, 9x19 Parabelum.
Brass, Various manufacturers.
Powder, 3.9 gr's. Unique.
Primers, CCI Small Pistole Magnum.
Bullets, Bear Creek Molly Coated 115 gr. RN.
Pistole, Star, BKS Starlite.

This was the first load that I fired through this pistole and I see no reason to change, a very accurate load between thirty-two and fifty-five feet.

You're trimming the brass, correct?

I've just received my P-64 and have wondered about reloading for it (especially since I also have a CZ-82).

Edit: Oops, I didn't realize this was under "other firearms".

Snowdog, welcome to the forum and thank you for my morning chuckle, it helps to know that I'm not the only one.
I always check and trim my brass when necessary, especialy when loading the 9x19 cartridge for my 9x18 pistoles. LOL.
Norm and some of your other fellow forum reloaders load at a slower FPS to both cut down on powder waste and to improve on the accuracy of the pistol, that second part also improves on your bragging rights at the range.
Good to have you aboard as a new member, this is a great bunch of fellows and you will learn alot here about many things gun related.
Please post often with questiones, new information and photo's, we all love photo's!
Welcome again.
