With a brand new replacement maybe you should cut your loses and sell or trade it as it is now NIB.

Well I am NOT an expert, self professed or otherwise and if there are others who say it is a common problem I will not argue the point. And the fact that Charter is so willing to replace the gun may be evidence that it is common. But I can say I have never heard of it being that way. Let us know how well the swap goes and I hope the next one does not do this.
