I got the 2 pack and the tins came shipped in their original wood crate. I got the club price and used a $10 coupon and my total with shipping came to $169.85. These are 1983 stamped, copper washed case with sealer around the primer and where the bullet meets the case. They are Russian made as well but I don't know if thats better or worse than Bulgarian or others.
P64, CZ82, CZ52 x2, Hi-points, tt33, and many Mosins in a pear tree.

generally russian is better than bulgarian, but 1980's productions are very close.

How much does a can of 7.62x54R cost at shows? I have a show coming up next weekend, but I'm wondering if sportsmansguide is a better deal than what I'd find locally. I usually order from them because of their good shipping prices.

I'm sure you'll get the better deal off Sportsmans's Guide. I guess if you want to promote and support swindlers, then you can buy it at the gunshow. At least, that's how they are here in Kansas.

Ahh, I forgot to mention that one. Good catch melisallen. Often times I also use http://www.ammoengine.com and select the caliber and see how many good deals it finds. A search engine for ammo, who'd have thunk it?!

Widener's seems to have a good deal going - http://www.wideners.com/itemdetail.cfm? ... 736&dir=18 $79 / 440 round spam can. Not sure what the shipping is, but probably $15.
