looks like its been refinish the barrel in it looks like it was never cleaned at all and the No . on it doesn't match so I swapped out with a new GI barrel
it has a new barrel bushing and a new grip safety that I didn't put on it , still need to take completely apart and clean maybe tomorrow , did change the grips

Hi Norm, I've been spending some time in the C&R sections at the auctions and I'm amazed at how many dealers will not do business with C&R License holders, is this a problem that has been going on for some time or is is a recent reaction to the down turn in the country? No matter what the case I think I will be applying for a C&R License in the near future and want to thank you again for the information.

G.R.

I haven't had any problems with any body as of yet , did have a problem with one guy at http://www.williamsgunsight.com/gunsigh ... otguns.htm he didn't know what I was talking about the next time I called I talked to AL, and it went though, I would have to say is that 25 % the people that I dealt with didn't know the Argentine 45's were C&R so I sent them a copy of this
http://www.beastwerks.com/firearms/Colt ... a_1927.htm

and a lot of people don't know that an email copy of the FFL is better that a FAX copy so when I
first contact the sellers I email them a copy with name address and phone No., email address
then call them , to show my comment to buy
