Thanks on the CZ83. SMC-918 is correct, not SMG-918. R61 & BR61 are different designations, and there was the RK59, FEG's first attempt using an alloy frame, a 9x18 military & police pistol that was made before these. The R61 that came after it had an improved alloy frame. FEG made a lot of similar designs with different model designations.

I had a chance at an RK59 once but I'd read that they didn't have the alloy right in that model, and sometimes the frame cracked. I like to shoot my collection, so I passed on it.

Norm - why is the BR-61 your favorite?

Anybody have any others they like best of all?

I don't actually know the difference between those two.

Do you have a holster for your BR-61? Where did you get it?

they do come with metal clips on them but I always take them out

this size also fit's the P-64 and the Pa-63
