I saw the rifle at a gun store about 60 miles from here and it was priced @ $85.00 ! I almost bought it then and since then, I have been thinking of going back there to see if they still have it. Is 9mm the only caliber the rifle comes in? I assumed it was a 9mm. Thanks, G

I think they also come in 40cal. But I like the 9mm best

Thanks Grayfox ! .40 cal would be neat also, but i agree , and I think that the 9mm would be alot cheaper and easier to get ammo.
Now i am really wanting to drive back down there and see if it is still there. I think the price was so low because down there in that city, they don't like foreign stuff. They all have camoflauged shotguns and deer rifles and there just isn't any use for a Hi-Point type of weapon there.
One man's trash ..... G

I don't think any of the HiPoints are foreign made. All made right here in the ole U S of A. They also have a lifetime warranty. No question ask one of the best. They also have a web site of their own and would be glad to offer any assistance.

Ozarker, That is good to know about it being a USA product. Speaking of websites, This is a website to the Oklahoma Full-Auto gun shoot in June. It is just across state line from you down there . Just thought I'd let you know, since it is so close. G

Lol guys. I used to own the high point 45acp and has nothing but jams with it. I could get through maybe one 8 round mag with no jams but not much more. Im glad i got rid of it.
Other than the jamming, i loved the gun, it was super accurate!!!!!! Uh oh, i have the same jamming problem with my P-64, maybe i should get rid of it too???????????????NOT!
Good shooting.

I know this seems a little strange, but this minimalist holster fits large size pistols and I carry my 1911A1 and the HP C9 in it. They both conceal well under a tshirt (long ones). strong side 3-5 o clock.
