Kitchen Table Gun Show
This is a Canadian #4 I picked up at my kitchen table gun show this past weekend at my home[Dec 23]. Its a 1943 Long Branch Mk1*, needs to be broke down and cleaned, however, the bore is bright, lands and groves are strong, this is a VG + condition #4 Canadian Long Branch. For the time being I'll leave it as is except to clean it, and then off to the range we go, have a lot of .303 surplus I need to shoot up, report to follow. I also picked up a project #4, a Fazakerely [Liverpool arsenal] I have it broke down and I am cleaning the furniture now, will start on the metal parts probably in a week or two and will have pics up for it when I get it back together.

Kitchen Table Gun Show
saands,
A kitchen table gun show is pretty much what it implies, its a gun show where friends and invited guest get together at someone's home, usually for dinner and drinks, a show & tell session, [BS session usually] and and then trade/sell items they have brought, we clear off the table after dinner and the show begins. At the show I had there were six of us, I grilled rib-eyes on my enclosed deck, and had baked potato's, salad and garlic bread.
I mostly collect Milsurp guns, bayonets and field gear, as but I also have a decent collection of C&R guns and more modern guns too. At this show I also picked up a Bianchi M12 holster for a Beretta M9 9mm and a couple lanyard swivels for the 1917 S&W & Colt along with the the two #4 Lee-Enfields, and the S&W model 10-5.
I go to about 2-3 shows like this in FL each year at my brother in laws, usually we have 4-6 guys over when I am down there and there isn't a gun show going on in the Panhandle area and have our own gun show, a kitchen table gun show.

Papa,
It sounds more like a show where 4 to 6 guys bring guns....and YOU buy all of them! What do the other fellas leave with other than your $$? lol
