I just put one of those FEG 32acp's on layaway at the gun shop, it originally had the aluminum frame (anodized?) black but has worn off, I think I'll clean it up re do the frame (yay another project)

I thought aluminum didn't rust ???

I have learned a bit about metals (which is stronger and can take more stress) but am a long way from an expert. but I guess it makes since since aircraft are made of aluminum and they don't rust.

Great guns at a very good price, hard to beat for the money, nothing made in western country's can match the quality for the price in my opinion.

P.S.
Aluminum doesn't rust slowly it oxidizes rapidly, if you have ever had to replace an out drive on a boat because the zincs went bad you know what I mean, it turns to a chalky white powder.

Hey Norm, is the Lee turret press the one that you suggest for reloading. I watched the instructional videos and it seems way to easy. The other question I have is about the trimer stylus, does each caliber have its own stylus for the trim procedure. I didn't catch whether they were replaceable in the handle or is it the same for each caliber?

I would never recommend a lee press they brake and always at a time that you need them the most, when I recommend a kit for the beginer I always recommend this one

Lyman Crusher 2 Single Stage Press Expert Kit

The Crusher 2 is a heavy-duty single stage "O" frame press. Features: 1" diameter ram, compound linkage, 4-1/2" press opening, standard 7/8"x14 thread, 3 mounting holes, Silver Hammertone powder coat finish and a press operating lever that allows left or right hand operation. Priming arm and primer catcher included. Crusher 2 Expert Kit includes: Crusher 2 Press, Universal Trimmer with Expanded Pilot Multi-Pack, M-500 Reloading Scale, #55 Powder Measure, primer tray, auto primer feed, extra decapping pins, 48th Edition Reloading Handbook, deburring tool, powder funnel, case lube kit and 7/8"x14 adapter for mounting the #55 Powder Measure.

this is the best bang for the buck

and it will never brake and you can always get your money out of it

lee dies are alright and their moulds and some of their other products ,I have a lee case trimmer for ever cal. I load but just use it one time then I take that shell and use it to set my Lyman case trimmer up

Thanks Norm, the way the price of ammunition is heading it might be time to set up shop and do my own range ammo and leave the carry stuff to the big brand name manufacturers.

I agree with Norm. It is a great press and that kit includes the case trimmer.

FYI-Midway has the Frankford Arsenal Tumbler on sale now for $29.49. They are regularly $47.49.

I am in dire need of an ejector for my FEG R61. Would the ejector from the PA63 work? Anyone have any experience with this?
