It's Raining Dennis Grips!
My latest grips from Dennis arrived on Saturday. I was able to go by the Post Office today and pick them up. These are a set of the smooth zebrawood for my PA-63. They fit like a glove and look great.

Very nice Bob!
I am thinking about ordering a set for one of my PA-63's next.
Did you use the screw that came with them?
You also might want to blue the nut with Perma Blue.
They look great.

Thanks guys.....
Fritz,
I was actually able to use the original screw on this set. I am still looking for one that will work on my Dennis grips for my Bulgy Mak. I used one of Dennis' screws, the shorter one, on my P-64, but I had to use several small washers to make it work.

Bob,
Do you have access to a decent hardware store in your area, and are you good with simple machining?
On the P-64 Dennis I took a Phillips head M3 50 pitch and cut it down to fit perfectly.
The key is to put a nut on the screw before you cut it, gently grind the screw to length, finish it clean with a smooth file, and finally wetsand paper. Remove the nut, and deburr any residual thread. Finally clean it up again, and blue it.
Measure carefully.
It also won't hurt to buy a couple of screws just in case.
I hope this helps. If I can help any further let me know. I don't have a Makarov (YET) to use for a templete screw, but if you have an extra Makarov screw perhaps you could send it to me and I will see what I can do.
Norm has generously offered to help me with an Enfield I am about to tackle and I believe that as a group we should all be helping each other.
Let me know

Hey Fritz,
I got the P-64 grips to work just fine with the lock washers. I just need to get some time to poke around in a real hardware store up in San Antonio to find a screw for the Mak.
Thanks for the input!!!

I don't care for those Dennis grips on the P-64 but if I had a PA-63 I would definitely get a set that looks sharp! Great picture!

I'm looking forward to placing an order with Dennis. I sent an email to dmarschal@yahoo.co.uk a few days ago, but have not received a response yet.

Depending on what's going on for him at the moment, it could take a while to get a response. If you have a PayPal account, you can place an order directly at his website and a few weeks later it's in your mail box.I'm looking forward to placing an order with Dennis.
