Thanks everyone! I recently bought a Makarov and decided to give the Tula ammo a try in it. Worked fine. This inspired me to take the extractor out of the P64 and give it a thorough cleaning. This was about the only area I didn't disassemble after purchase. The backside of it, pin, spring and slot were filthy. Cleaned to new and reassembled. Tula feeds and ejects fine now. Thanks for the advice!
