Who carry's 2 P-64's?

Post by chestertnted »

With winter coming on, and this Paris attack, who thinks a little more punch is in order?. An IWB, and a Vedder OWB P-64 with a spare mag or 2 might be warranted! What do you all think?

+1 But not just for winter. I just bought a GLOCK G36 .45acp. Light and a tiny bit smaller than my mid-size 9mm (!!!) G19. If the "troubles" in Paris are the motivator, I want more (sorry) than the P64. It is a fine weapon but 16 rds of +P 9mm HP or 7 rds of +P 45 seems a stronger deterrant, IMO.

I did shoot a Glock 20 last week. No real kick compared to my P-64. LOL!

Not exactly PC, but a good choice for Paris type defense would be an IWI Jericho with a piece of bacon in the hollow point. Shame on me!

All you'd have to do was rub ANY pork product on the bullets. No waste - problem solved! And ....... you'd have a handy snack while watching.

Sig 220 .45 main, right side IWB, 8+1, 1 backup mag. Daewoo DP 51 9 mmin left side shoulder holster, 15+1 and 2 back up mags, P-64 in ankle holster, left side, 6+1 and 2 back up mags. remington 870 20 gauge in back sling holster, barrel cut to minimum legal length, 6+1 buck and ball, 6 rounds in saddle holder, 30 rounds in small day pack plus other ammo. A bit heavy but should take care of immediate needs should Paris reincarnate here. Obviously not an every day carry option but if they sound "saddle up" it is done. I am glad I live in the "way outs" and not in a "major metropolitan area" anymore. Was in Branch manager for a now major security company in Michigan when the huge East Coast blackout hit a few years back. That gave me pause about living in those kinds of areas for when the shit splatters. Got out. Area here MUCH more defensible. Besides the BG's who really don't like pig are MUCH easier to spot here. Not very PC but oooohhh so true. Sorry if offense is taken by anyone for the last comment but true is true.
