His duty belt probably fell off / down while sitting or standing from the john!! Moron and then thinks he can lie and run away...like no one will remember the fat deputy that "really blew out the mens room"!

Anyone ever see the movie Super Troopers about a Vermont Highway Patrol division?? I see this as one of them, right out of the movie, ya know after they have the maple syrup drinking contest!! 8~)

I'm guessing being w/warrant division that he might have been plain clothes carrying concealed.
Maybe he was practicing his Barney Fife quickdraw in the mirror.....

In all seriousness, I'm sure it isn't the first time it has happened and definitely won't be the last. But own up to your mistakes. Make sure no one was injured and no damage sustained. Don't lie and try to snake your way out. That's just not even being a man never mind how poorly he represents law enforcement.
