That is a good price. With it now being C&R it saves paying a transfer fee . I find it a very comfortable pistol to hold. This would make a good project to put a chromed finish on.

I was searching the auctions last night for C&R stuff as I'm patiently waiting for mine to arrive. And I saw a CZ-82 listed as C&R eligible...I thought someone made a mistake as I'd seen some sellers list the P-64 as C&R eligible before. This is cool, another 9x18 shooter to consider! Too bad AIM SUCKS! I say that because they are afraid of the liberal democratic politicians of Massachsuetts and won't sell anyone from Mass "ANYTHING"!!

Whew! I feel better. Vermonter said it best after we spoke and realized he couldn't transfer me a P-64..."Massachusetts has stupid laws!"

SAMCO in MIAMI won't ether something to do with MASS. laws so if you get a C&R it may be useless in MASS.

My C&R will be useless with some suppliers but thankfully not all. The AG of Mass started a law suit or something years ago chasing mail order business for unpaid sales taxes. He picked on gun owners and particularly the mail order purveyors of ammo. Thus even though it is not illegal to sell/ship Ammo by mail in or to Mass, many suppliers were burned in the past and don't want to play any more.

I've got a feeling that the CZ-82 being elligible for C&R is a mistake.
