"cz" is a consonant sound that doesn't exist in English...the closest sound is "tr" as in "tray" or "tram", but you curl the tip of your tongue to the ridge in your mouth behind your top teeth when you make the sound, combining a "ch" ("cheese") sound with the "tr" sound.
tha "ak" is like the end of "gawk"

the "tr" in "intrepid" is close than a J sound.

Oh and it is Spaciba. Dziękuję ! (which is "thank you" in Polish, pronounced jenn-KOO-yeh). There, you have now had you language lesson for the day.
