GUN SHOWS

Norm,

With the exception of buying through SOG Etc, seems like prices are through the roof. I saw a model 10 HB with most of the bluing worn off for $350 at a gunstore here in VT! Everything's going up except wages....

GUN SHOWS

It seems that more and more gun shows are only for first time buyers ,spur of the moment,or oddity buyers. havent seen one in long time that is worth the "cover charge" must less gas and time.
pa 63 in this area of De are 199.00 to 222.25 same for same for or favorite p 64.. Maks are are in the 375 to 550.00 if even found.
toks are 375.00.. seems every thing is out of sight for what they have. not against them making a profit but on some stuff they what the rent money..
Guess thats why the wholsalers have become my new best friends..

Well, even then you guys did better than me today. I went to the monthly show only to find out it was a "Blackpowder" event. Everybody was dressed in buckskins and there wasn't a modern weapon anywhere and no ammo. Mostly leather and beads. I've gotta read the flyers a little more closely.

My brother and I each picked up another p-64 today at the show for $139 OTD. He had p-63's same price and a cz-82 for $199.

Others at the show were $170 and up for the 63 and 64.
When we left there was 1 - 64 left on his table. Saw some Bulgy Mak's 1- really nice and clean @ $250 so the deals are still out there if you get lucky.

My wife & I went to the Lakeland gun show this Saturday, its
like Norm said -- no good buys -- very few customers in the early
afternoon when we arrived -- very disappointing.

Portland Oregon, last show at the Rose Center had prices all over the place.
P-64 $175.00 and up.
PA63 $179.00 and up.
CZ 50, 70 $239.00 and up.
I was fortunate enough to get a PA63 at one of the net auctions for $129.00 plus shipping. We are also beat with a $10.00 back ground check tax here in the Rose City and you have to pay your FFL holder to boot, this is getting to be a very expensive hobby. :'(

I live in North MS just outside Memphis, TN and have not been to a decent gun show in ages. I did buy a couple nice ones at auction recently at good prices. I got a new FEG AP-22 in case w/2 mags, flat grips & thumbrest grips for $130 shipped and a arsenal refinished 1957 Star Super Modelo 9mm Largo for $197 shipped. I got an extra barrel with it that I did not need so I sold it for $40. Now I need a couple more holsters too.
