surplus market dried up?

Post by Squeezer »

I looked at all of the usual places...classic arms, aim suplrus, j&g sales, etc and everyone is out of stock for the P64. Has the supply for them dried up?

you'll need to send in your C&R, or have your FFL send in their FFL, to see what they have, but they have them in stock.

I wonder how the surplus market will fare if ol' Obama and his UN buddies somehow get this new Universal Arms Treaty pushed through.

Well the import of surplus firearms will cease to exist.

They don't seem to list the P64. Too bad. I think that Classic Arms in N.C. still sells them.

CheaperThanDirt still lists them:

And Southern Ohio Gun still shows them in stock:

I'm ASS-U-MING that we've all got C&R licenses here, right?

Classic Arms just got in a new shipment of p-64's. Dont come with holster anymore. Ordered one on July 2, checked back a couple days later, and they had my order placed in "packing". Called them and they said they were out but would be getting some more soon. Called today to cancel order and they said that since I had ordered and paid for it allready they would honor the paid price and send an extra mag since they dont have holsters.
So just a heads up that Classic has a new shipment but the price went up 10 bucks and no holsters.
Get 'em while there hot.
Norman

Now to get a p-83 wanad........

Seems it is getting harder to find these. Soon they won't be available other than from private sellers.

Yeah and if the UN arms treaty gets passed we wont need a C&R license any more cause there wont be any more surplus guns. Hope the Senate wont ratify the treaty if it does come to that. :(

As of my date of purchase 10 July, 2012 Classic Arms was out of stock although still listed on their site. I'd call before I ordered anything.
